We sell lamb by the half and whole carcass. Orders need to be placed at least a week in advance. Special butcher cuts are available upon request. Each half carcass contains the following:

TrinJam goat’s milk, goat’s milk yogurt and fresh cheeses are available both retail and wholesale. Wholesale orders must be a minimum of a dozen units. TrinJam products can be found at the following retailers for your convenience.
